A quick note of thanks for helping us sell our house in Park View so quickly during the summer of 2005 -- less than two weeks on market and less than two weeks between offer and closing! As you know, during the summer of 2004, we tried to both rent and sell the house but had very little success; in fact the house was vacant for most of the fall 2004 which put a significant financial drain on our family. We had two separate agents last year -- a real estate agent and a property manager -- and while communication with the real estate agent was reasonable, communication with the property manager was atrocious from the start. It was so refreshing to work with you and Mike because communication and customer satisfaction is something that you' all have mastered down to an art. Whether this meant late phone calls, emails, web site exposure -- we always had our fingers on the pulse of the house sale. We've sold 6 houses over the past 10 year -- and none has gone as smoothly or as quickly as this one. Thanks again for your proactiveness and professionalism.
